I scheduled an appointment with Andrea, and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. She listened to everything that I needed and achieved it beautifully. Not only that but the conversation flows wonderfully and felt like I was there for 30 minutes when it was actually 2 hours!
My daughter goes here and suggested we take our 8 year old granddaughter here. The last hair cutting was a disaster and she hated the gal who cut her hair.....she butchered it. So she was a bit apprehensive about going to get another haircut.But we went, and got Miss Kim for her. She was amazing. She talked to our granddaughter and she eventually opened up to Kim.....alot. She asked her how she wears her hair, what style she likes, and actually listened to her. My granddaughter has very long thick hair, so trimmed about a half inch off the bottom and thinned her hair quite a bit from underneath. She explained what she was doing and why and if that was ok with my granddaughter. She did not converse with me and grandpa. All her attention was on the little one. When she was done, she asked me to see if I would check it out, which I did, and it felt thin enough without losing the look. I cant thank Miss Kim enough for treating my granddaughter with respect, and not like she was just a kid. I also thank my daughter for suggesting this place. The office is clean and inviting, and the other staff is super nice, but we didnt have any interaction with them except to say hello. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. Amazing salon! I came in with splotchy faded copper hair and roots, and Kim was able to give me exactly what I wanted. She took her time and did a phenomenal job with my hair. She gave me a caramel blonde balayage and highlights just like I wanted. Not to mention, she was very kind and sweet throughout the day. Thank you!
i’ve been with andrea for years now, she always makes me feel heard and important. her colors are always fantastic and she makes my hair so unbelievably soft. i’ve done vivid and bleach with her and she not only nails the cut i want, she can read my mind. she has good experience with fine hair that tangles easily and is so patient.
I had an absolutely amazing experience with LeNaia, I came in with no knowledge on hair color and she walked me through the entire process and helped me make informed decisions on my hair! When it came to picking the color I was extremely involved, we mixed a couple different shades together to get the perfect purple I wanted. I also have to add that the salon was very clean and welcoming, everyone I met was super nice. I recommend LeNaia and this salon to everyone!
